Faster, Lower Cost, Lower Risk Deployments -- We are committed to our customers success from day one. Gone are the elongated implementations and endless upgrade cycles experienced by customers of traditional on-premise ERP vendors. With Logintelix, organizations don't need to purchase additional hardware and servers, install and tune database software, or physically install the application software. By leveraging the software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery model, Logintelix offers solutions that are less complex, more cost-effective, and much simpler and faster to deploy.

 

Implementation Methodology -- Our approach leverages proven processes and artifacts to guide customers through the implementation, not only from a systems standpoint but from a business integration outlook as well. Our methodology consists of five stages, each with the following key objectives:

• Initiation -- Establish project governance with a defined implementation plan and timeline, communication and escalation protocols, and implementation success criteria
• Configuration and Software Install -- Install and configure Logintelix based on the customer's specifications. The team will setup, configure, install and test the Logintelix application. Many of these tasks will be done remotely and with minimal assistance from the Client.
• Data & Rules Setup -- Analyze customer requirements and business processes. The effort includes the collection of requirements for rules and all the necessary data to successfully integrate Logintelix into the client's operations.
• Test -- Validate configuration and user readiness. IFL can assist with the completion of testing. This will include providing coaching and assistance to the client project team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Cut Over and Post Go-Live Support -- Effectively transition customer to Product and Customer Support Services.

 

Training & Education Services

We have available resources to help you manage your Logintelix solution, but we think it's best if you know how to as well. IFL is dedicated to providing on-site training sessions with the client designated Administrators to cover all aspects of the Logintelix application. Our goal is to maximize the ROI and adoption of Logintelix by delivering hands-on training that will give the Administrator the confidence to integrate the application into the day to day airline operations.
